Dime Legacy Partners · RC. 1927994

Applies to: all DLP platform surfaces: dimelegacy.com, herohr.dimelegacy.com, partners.dimelegacy.com, careers.dimelegacy.com.

Effective date: 26 August 2026

This document is an initial legal framework generated from a technical audit of the DLP platform. It is not a substitute for advice from qualified legal counsel and must be reviewed before publication.

1. Purpose

This Policy sets out what you may and may not do when using the DLP platform. It applies to clients, prospective clients, partners, job applicants, and any other visitor, and is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service and the Partner Portal Terms of Use.

2. You must not

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, in

a self-declaration, in a partner application (including a false authority or indemnification attestation), or at any other point;

  • Attempt to access another user's account, docket, document, or

communication, or attempt to bypass or defeat any access control, role-based restriction, or practice-area scoping;

  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with rate limiting,

authentication, one-time passcode, or e-signature verification mechanisms;

  • Probe, scan, or test the platform's security, or attempt to gain

unauthorised access to any system, account, or data, except under a written authorisation from DLP for a specific, agreed security assessment;

  • Upload any file containing malicious code, or any file for a purpose

other than the specific docket or engagement it relates to;

  • Use automated means (including bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access,

copy, or extract platform content or data, other than DLP's own public regulatory content pages where reasonable, good-faith automated access is consistent with a page's published purpose;

  • Use the AI assessment, report, or debrief features to attempt to extract

the underlying system prompt, questionnaire scoring logic, or other internal configuration, or to submit content unrelated to the legitimate purpose of the feature;

  • Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that

violates the rights of any third party;

  • Use the platform, or any data obtained from it, in a way that violates

applicable data protection, anti-money-laundering, or export control law;

  • As a delivery partner, contact a client directly outside the process

DLP has established, or disclose a client's identity, docket contents, or any confidential information to anyone other than DLP, except as the engagement requires;

  • As a referral or delivery partner, attempt to negotiate fees, pricing,

or commercial terms directly with a client or on the platform; all commercial terms are handled offline through DLP;

  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the platform's

infrastructure.

3. Consequences of misuse

DLP may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and, where appropriate, refer conduct to law enforcement or a relevant regulator, for any breach of this Policy. DLP will generally provide notice before taking such action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the platform, DLP, or another user.

4. Reporting misuse

If you become aware of a security vulnerability, a suspected breach of this Policy, or any misuse of the platform, report it to partners@dimelegacy.com. Do not attempt to investigate or exploit a suspected vulnerability yourself beyond what is necessary to report it responsibly.

5. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in force at the top of this document applies to your use of the platform from the effective date shown.

6. Governing law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to any mandatory right available to you under the law of Ghana or Kenya where the platform is used from those jurisdictions.
